The Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) is an EIS management dash board tool that offers real-time process monitoring. It ensures that all processes are in control and that all process deliverables are met. We have defined our internal and client business rules and converted those rules into systematic secure process control.

EIS uses a business intelligence tool called Query Builder. The purpose of our Query Builder is to provide the EIS management team with a flexible tool for data analysis. Our Query Builder is available to build and deliver ad-hoc reporting for clients and to convert those reports into a quick and sustained automated format.
